Who We Are
Orders cover disposable vapes, pod kits and devices, IQOS and TEREA heated-tobacco items, and vape accessories. Each listing shows a price in AED, the specs where they are known, and the pack sizes on offer. Shop address and contact details are on the Contact Us page.

How an Order Works
- Choose a flavor and a pack size on the product page, then add it to the cart.
- Enter your address and mobile number at checkout.
- Pay cash when the parcel arrives, or ask the store for an online payment link.
- Receive the parcel in any of the seven emirates. Delivery is a flat AED 30 per order.
Full terms sit on the Shipping Policy and Delivery Areas pages.
Rules We Keep
- Orders are for buyers aged 18 and over, and proof of age may be asked for. The Age Restriction page explains how.
- Product pages quote the figures printed on each listing. Where two sources disagree, the page says so.
- No product here is described as safe, healthy or a way to quit smoking. Our Responsible Vaping page says more.
How Our Pages Get Written
Product pages and category guides follow the editorial rules on the Founder & Editorial Standards page. Articles on the blog carry the byline DK Ridoy. If a figure on any page looks wrong, tell us and we will check it against the pack.
Where to Get Help
Start with Frequently Asked Questions for common questions or Customer Help for an order problem. A damaged or wrong item is covered on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
