Replace a coil when you get a burnt or harsh taste, noticeably weaker vapour, gurgling, liquid that darkens quickly in the pod, or a draw that just feels flat. In UAE summers, warm liquid runs thinner and can flood a coil sooner, so check it more often.

Mesh coils heat e-liquid across a flat, wide strip, so the wick warms evenly and flavour usually comes through fuller. Round-wire coils concentrate heat along one wrapped wire, which can create hot spots. Mesh is now standard in most pod kits and high-puff disposables, including many of the devices we sell.

Charge with the right cable and don't leave a device charging unattended, keep vapes out of parked cars and direct sun, and fly with vapes and spare lithium batteries in your cabin bag, never in checked luggage. Always confirm current rules with your airline before travelling.

A cracked tank section is usually a cheap part, not a new device. Standard glass is the cheapest and the most fragile, borosilicate (often sold as Pyrex) copes better with knocks and temperature swings, and plastic survives drops but scratches and can react with some liquids. The glass must match your exact tank model.

Ohm's law links voltage, resistance and current: lower resistance at the same voltage means more current and more power. At 3.7 volts, a 1.0Ω coil makes about 13.7 watts, while a 0.3Ω coil makes about 45.6 watts and pulls over 12 amps. Pod kit and disposable users don't need to calculate anything.

USB-C plugs in either way round, wears better and can carry more current than Micro-USB. It only charges faster if the vape's own charging circuit allows it. Most new vapes, including high-puff rechargeable disposables, now use USB-C.

A drip tip changes the vape more than people expect. Its bore width sets how open the draw feels, and its material affects how warm it gets against your lips. Wide bores suit airy direct-to-lung vaping; narrow bores suit a tighter, cigarette-style pull.

A vape coil is finished when the taste turns burnt or flat, the vapour thins out or the device starts gurgling. Mesh coils usually taste fuller than round-wire coils.
